Theme Thursday: Blue Winter Wonderland

As I'm sitting here thankful that my heat is on, I decided to take a look at some of the trends we saw in the Bridal Market runways and what we are seeing more and more in weddings today.

On the runway we saw a lot of lace.  I'm so happy this is making the comeback that it is!!  Lace is such a romantic fabric that it just makes sense to use it for a wedding gown...

What I'm seeing a lot in weddings is some fun and creativity with lighting and color.  Every wedding I did this last summer had colorful lighting going on!  It was great to be able to use that element to create a romantic, seasonal, or elegant atmosphere.

For this Theme Thursday I took some of my favorite trends and mixed them with with some important elements to help create the "feel" you want for your guests.  And, since it is the first day of November and winter is right around the corner, I'm bringing you a very blue and silver
Winter Wonderland.

Stay warm my friends!

Wedding Traditions: Something Blue

You know the saying:  "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue"  Today, we are going to give you some unique ideas for the "Blue".  Blue is my favorite color, so I could really go on and on, but here are some of my favorite ideas for you to add into your wedding day:

First is my favorite new find.  I LOVE David Tutera and strive to be as good at my job as he is.  He has a new line of products offered through one of my favorite shopping sites www.koyalwholesale.com  and this is his something blue.

These are some more of my favorite ideas for you.

What will your "Blue" be?  Leave a comment and share.  Happy Wednesday!

Theme Thursday: Tiffany Style

All of the "bling" and that trademark blue!!  I love this wedding.  The bride is gorgeous, the shoes are to die for, and the ring....ahhhhh {feeling dreamy right about now}.

Some delicious food, chandeliers {absolutely!}, satin ribbon, tower vases with some gorgeous flowers and gems and a smiling bride and groom surrounded by their favorite things!  I am working on a Tiffany themed wedding invitation set right now...ribbons, gems and all!  Watch for pictures.

Here is my favorite Inspiration Board to help with your Tiffany Themed Wedding.
